What does restore "Changed Items" actually do as seen in the above link?
Restoring to blank mailbox? I assume it doesn't matter if its ticked or not. Everything gets restored.
Restoring to mailbox with emails? Is it only restoring email if they exist but differ from the restoring version? Would is restore an older version over a newer version?
A little more detail in the help file would be useful.
Thanks

Re: Exchange Mailbox Restore Veeam 9 Ent
Eamonn, there're actually two types of items you can recover while restoring to original location: those that have been deleted from the server since the time the backup was created and those that have changed since then. Each of these two types has the check box in the wizard (Deleted items and Changed items).
So answering your question, yes, if this check box is selected, older items will be restored over newer ones.
