F.Y.I - VMware VAAI Reclamation issue.

Hi,

Came across this today, there is allot of relevance to this issue with respect "storage related performance issues" that come up with Veeam pushing Storage I/O.

There seems to be some adverse effects of the Reclamation functionality within VAAI that will cause additional IO on the storage leading to other issues when deleting VMDK files (or Snapshots??)....

Worth knowing about.

If you're patched to U1 for vSphere 5.0 this shouldn't affect you.
