Error to create snapshot from Veeam after installed storage plug-in

Veeam Support ID:#05755990)
please find the error message as attached. The error message is ""Failed to create and scan storage snapshot Error: [VBRP019007] The expected backup resource group is not present
or the unused LDEV ID is not assigned to backup resource group. Please check the backup environment in the storage system."
Any suggested action to do? The snapshot can be created by manually via SAN Storage management GUI and the firmware of SAN storage is updated.

Hi John, and you didn't even mention the storage vendor. Is it Hitachi btw?
