Hi,
I tested FLR on OpenSuse Linux VM on vSphere 5 platform. FLR works but it creates a temporary VM and Datastore named VeeamBackup_VeeamServerName. Do I need to always clean these manually and can I just delete them when I have done my restore job? Last night backup status was failed because Veeam tried to backup this "FLR VM" object because I didnt know I need to manually remove it from the vCenter inventory.

Re: File Level Restore on Linux
FLR appliance should power-off and remove itself from inventory after the restore is finished (the browser is closed). You should not worry about the datastore, it will remain mounted and be used for subsequent restores. If you have finished restore but the appliance is not removed, you can remove it manually.
