File refresh list from service providers

We have a cloud service provider that we save our backup copies to. It seems that when I look in the "Files" area to see the backup copy files, they do not refresh, even when I do F5. I have to completely exit the VEEAM console and go back in before new files appear. Is there a way around this?

Hello, the behavior you are describing is not expected. Files should appear as soon as they are copied and refresh should work as well.
As a workaround try to press F5 being on the one of upper nodes. Otherwise, please contact Veeam technical support for the issue investigation.
