Incremental copy was not processed during the copy interval
Hi. I am a new Veeam User. I used Veeam the first time some weeks ago and everything went fine from the beginning. I am doing backup to disk (NAS) incementell from mo-fr and on saturday a fullbackup. Now, I got a power outage and the machine was turned off some days. Now, I went back online. My Server were backuped fine again (5) but my workstations (3) got error Incremental copy was not processed during the copy interval. Where could I start troubleshooting? I am using VMware 6.00 UP2 und Veeam9.0.
Thx a lot for your help.

Re: Incremental copy was not processed during the copy inter
Marco, just let the backup copy do its job, it will catch up during the next copy interval. Most likely, the issue was caused by the fact that the interval was shorter than required due to the server reboot.

Re: Incremental copy was not processed during the copy inter
Hi. Just to tell you the status. The next day, the WS Group was successfull ágain, but the Servergroup went to the same error. After that, everything is working fine again.
Does this mean, in case of any error like this, I should wait what happens with the next run?

Typically, yes, if the reason is the shorter interval, the job will catch up. If you have any doubts, you can ask support to verify the actual reasons of this behavior.
