Issue Backup with Veeam 11 on vSphere 5.5
Hi Experts !
I have a problem to make my backups with Veeam, I have respected all the requirements, but I have this error:
Error: Failed to open VDDK disk [[datastore] xxx/xxx.vmdk] ( is read-only mode - [true] )
Logon attempt with parameters [VC/ESX: [xxx.xxx.xxx];Port: 443;Login: [xxx];VMX Spec: [moref=vm-5869];Snapshot mor: [snapshot-8557];Transports: [nbd];Read Only: [true]] failed because of the following errors:
Failed to open disk for read.
Failed to upload disk. Skipped arguments: [vddkConnSpec>];
Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.
I login well with my account Administrator@vsphere.local

@AbdelO: I hope you're aware that vSphere 5.5 does have some very critical security vulnerabilities and shouldn't be running anymore. So hopefully you're taking your last backups before migrating to a newer version?

Yes I am aware of this and we are planning to migrate our vSphere solution.
But currently not having a backup solution, we would like to do our backup before the migration of vsphere
