Jobs are stuck running even thought they aren't actually running. How do I reset them so that I can actually use them?
Not sure exactly how it got to this state, but essentially I have three jobs in a running state but aren't actually doing anything. THere are no jobs listed under "running" but they show as in progress in the job list. Telling them to stop has no impact, nor does disabling them, stopping Veeam services, SQL services, or rebooting the B&R server.
Any thoughts? I've seen a couple lines of SQL code to go and modify job status, but that was for a prior version and I don't want to muck with it without a bona fide Veeam engineer on the line with me.
Please help. Many thanks.

Keith, indeed, the most effective way to address that is to ask Veeam engineer for assistance, so I recommend to log a call with technical support.
