License question
I have a single license for Veeam Backup, I am currently running 6.5 and will be replacing my Vsphere host with a new server, however there will be a migration period. While I move vm's from the old host to the new, will I still be able to use Veeam to backup the vm's once they have been moved to the new host, or does this require additional licensing from Veeam? Eventually I will have just the new host running Vshpere and the old will be retired, but if I wanted to keep the old host, and use Veeam to backup vm's on it, would that require an additional license?

Re: License question
Technically, you need to license all hosts where the VMs being backed up or replicated reside. However, you can temporarily use a second Veeam B&R trial version installation to backup VMs that are already migrated to the new host and switch license once the migration period is over.
