Linux file restore worked fine using FLR appliance. Last time i used it, it took too much time to show files on a folder with a lot of files. I ended the task using task manager, and turned off the FLR appliance on vcenter, restarted the veeam backup server and after this, i can´t restore file, allwayes than i try to restore, veem try to deploy the FLR vm but failed with the error

I would say open a Veeam support ticket and let the team have a look remotely.
My guess is that one of the Veeam Services do not run. Please check Veeam Service console.
As well check the Windows Firewall settings.
