As I could not find this anywhere in the help files and thought it might be helpful for others as well...

Recently, while being helped by a Veeam support engineer via remote support I saw that there seems to be a way to scroll through the entries in the backup job log without closing the details window and going back to the list every time.

The keyboard combinations are ALT-cursor left (back) and ALT-cursor right (forward), while the details windows is opened.

Only thing that is missing is a visual indicator for the current position in the history list.
