We migrated to a new vCenter server and were unaware of the migration tool at the time. Our backups have been remapped successfully and running as expected, however we have a virtual lab that has become orphaned during this process. It will not let us delete the lab or even enter its properties. I am assuming this is because the VM id has changed on the lab VM and Veeam does not know where to find it. The error we receive is Cannot find VM with moRef vm-156.
Any ideas on how to clear out this Lab manually? I can delete the old VM from the new vCenter server and remove the vSwitch, however, unsure about how to remove anything else associated with the lab and the lab itself from Veeam. Our version is 9.5 and vCenter server 6.0
I have entered a tier 4 support case with Veeam but not received a response yet. #02015880
Thanks in advance,
Geoff

Re: Orphaned Virtual Lab
Hi Geoffrey, support should be able to cleanup the orphaned records from the database, so please wait for their response.
