Problems with GuestIndexData.zip

Hi everyone,

Since one month we are having random problems with the backups (sometimes works well, and sometimes report errors and warnings). The support cas ID is: 02114460.

Yesterday we deployed a new veeam server 9.5u1 in a new 2k12R2 upgraded to the last version. and the problem persists :oops: :roll:
The job reports this errors:

We don't know how to fix it, anybody has the same isue with GuestIndexData.zip file?

Best would be to let support handle this as the snippet doesn't provide enough info to tell which is (might be) the solution.

Hi,

At the moment seems that the problem was motivated by the proxy (Automatic selection). In our case, Veeam choose automatically the worst proxy (in other site, with lowest comunication bw). Enforcing the localhost proxy, the problem has gone at the moment.
But, we must wait to close the case after the full backup works correctly.
