Hi,
I would like someone to give me some advice.
Suddenly, my Veeam replication job has become an error.
I am using vSphere 6.7.
The logs show that the replica VM reload failed.

I tried to reload the vmx file of the replica VM on the vSphere side and it succeeded without any problems.

We also restarted the ESXi Management Agent service where the replica VMs reside, but this did not resolve the error in replication.

I assume the replica VM reload operation is a task performed on the vSphere side, but how do I troubleshoot it?

Re: Replica VM reload operation fails and replication job fails
Hi Hannes,
Thank you for reply.
Case #05881833
I understand that Veeam needs to be upgraded, but I don't think this is a fundamental solution, as it should be a problem with the reloading process of replica VMs on the vSphere side to begin with.

Re: Replica VM reload operation fails and replication job fails
Hello,
is it really a 9.5 installation? If yes, then I can only repeat what support says... please upgrade. We don't support such old versions and won't invest time in it.
Best regards,
Hannes
