Hi All,
we have a new HPE server, and installed ESXi 6.7 in it, while, we also have one old server, which is used as replication server (ESXi 6.0 installed).
When we setup and run the replication job on Veeam B&R, it shows 'VM hardware version 14 is not supported by destination host (version 6.0)'.
The old server cannot install ESXi 6.7, and downgrade the new server could be painful.
Do you have other workarounds to fix such issue ? Thanks

Re: Replication jobs between different EXSi
I think the only option here is to change the hardware version back to a supported version for ESXi 6.0 as anything else will most likely not be supported by VMware nor Veeam.
However reverting hardware versions isn't an easy task; you can find more info on how to this here.
