We have a large VM (60TB VMDK) that we need to replicate to a second host. I want to increase the bandwidth available for this large replication job by aggregating the traffic across multiple nic's. Is this possible? If so, how? Thank you.

NIC teaming link aggregation should work. There are a bunch of Microsoft articles
explaining it according to different versions of Windows OS.
Besides, you can leverage Veeam`s WAN acceleration
tool. And for the first run replica seeding
is also helpful.
