Hi,
We are using a Synology nas as repositiry in Veeam B & R.
We have several SQL transaction log backup jobs running which take a transaction log backup every 15 minutes.
Now occasionally we need to update the NAS (OS update) and this will also reboot the Synology device.
What is the best practice to do these updates on the repository? We noticed that if we just reboot the nas, all subsequent transaction backups fail with the message 'unable to save the backup to ...;'.
How can we prevent these errors from happening? Should we disable these jobs temporarily or ???????

Re: Repository availability
Yes, temporarily disabling the jobs targeted to the rebooted device should work.
