Hello,
When running SureBackup jobs in order to test backups and applications temporally, is it safe to ignore the VM MAC Conflict that vcenter alarms on?
Is the resolution to this as simple as in this blog here: https://www.virtualtothecore.com/en/dis ... icated-vm/
Thanks!

Re: Safe to ignore VM MAC Conflict alarm when running SureBa
Hi Keith,
The solution you're referring to talks about VM replicas, thus Luca suggests to add to the exclusion list for this alarm all VMs having "_replica" suffix in their names, but SureBackup jobs do not use these suffixes. Regardless of that, it is safe to ignore these alarms since you're booting two similar VMs, but one is booted in the isolated lab.
Thanks!
