{Signature.FullRecheckBackup} Error

During the week-end several jobs failed with errors like:
Code: Select all
Backup files health check has been completed
Failed to perform backup file verification Error: The specified network name is no longer available. Failed to read data from the file [\\<IP_address>\<Share_name>\<Job_name>\<Job_name_and_date>.vbk]. Agent failed to process method {Signature.FullRecheckBackup}.

I suspect that the problem is related to Backup files health check, is it correct?
Should I suspect an HW issue?
Should I suspect that my backup are corrupted?
How can I get more information in order to troubleshoot the problem?

Hello Marius,
Based on the error message it`s either network or backup storage issue, so yes, the backup files may be corrupted.
In any case I would suggest contacting the support team.
