SQL Transaction Log Backup Failed - "unprotected"

Hello ,
I configure an Backup Job which also do an Transaction Log Backup on an SQL Server 2017.
There are two Databases , one shows "protected" the other one shows "unprotected" and therefore the SQL Transaction Log Backup shows failed.

What can be the reason for this behaviour ?

The Veeam Backup User is inserted in the SQL Server Security Login User and has sysadmin rights .

it's hard to guess that from the report. Please open a support case to find out the reason and post the case number here for reference.

Hello ,
I opend here an Post because i open yesterday an Ticket over the Veeam Support Portal till now with no reaction .
The Ticket Number is : 03708516

Hello ,
After an manually Shrink of the Logfiles over the SQL Management Studio, the Transaction Log Backup now runs without Problems.
