There is an isse with the log/report that is emailed after a SureBackup run.
It does not contain any info om the custom script, if it failed or was succesfull. It only shows up info in that column if the script is disabeld.
If status = Failed, and both Heartbeat and Ping tests are Success you can by logic tell that the script has failed even if it is blank.
The problem comes if Heartbeat OR Ping Fails. Then there is no way to tell if the custum script also faild (Because it is blank).
Then you would need to open the Veeam logs, that might not be to convinient at all times. I think that the report should be identical to the log.
Example of a report where Custom script failed on 1 VM:
The log in veeam is correct:
I opened a ticket (ID#5185728) 2012-04-18. The tecs looked at it and reported:
It's now a year later and we have installed every patch since, currently at 6.5.0 144."We have been able to reproduce the issue. This will be fixed in one of the
future releases.
Thanks for the information.
The case will be closed."
I would thnk this was an easy fix (it appears to just be some missing info in a HTML report..).
Any info if this is beeing fixed in v7.
Thanx
