Time issue

Dear All,
in one of our Customer we've configured Veeam to do the backup everyday at 10PM, however Veeams does the back up at 10AM.
we are on version 8 Patches 2.
ESXI 6.0 with latest patches.
time and date are fine on the host so on the veeam server.

any suggestions how to get this fixed ?

Has the behavior changed after upgrade?
Could you check if the Veeam Backup services are logged on as Local System/Local Server? VBR service time matches system time.

Also, aren't there any backup windows specified in the job settings that might prevent job execution at certain hour?
