For the second week in a row, my customers full Veeam backup of their exchange server (runs every Saturday) has completed with the error message "Unable to truncate Exchange transaction logs. Details: Freeze job already stopped" should I be concerned? Incremental jobs run during the week and the VM is replicated every hour. Version of Veeam is 8.0.0.2030 VM is Windows 2008R2 SP1, Exchange 2010.
Thanks

Re: unable to truncate transaction logs
When transaction logs are truncated, you free up disk space and commit all the transactions from these logs to the main data source. I would open a support case to understand why this is happening, other than that you should be fine when backing up your Exchange VM (since these logs are truncated at the subsequent job pass).

Re: unable to truncate transaction logs
We are also seeing this on some vm's (replicated and non replicated), either since we updated to V9 or after we started to try to replicate big vm's. Al sorts of strange messages seem to come up from nowhere
