If i open Veeam AI Assitant and asking for a question, i always get the error message: Unable to validate license.
We have VUL Licenses and support is active... Well i would use Veeam AI Assistant and ask how to fix this but...
Our AI assistant is available in all VUL licenses.
Have you contacted our customer support? This is not something we can investigate or fix over a forum post.
Please let me know the case number for our reference.
Just tried in my lab, for me the AI assistant is working.
If the logs have a specific error message, our support team will be able to match it to known issues.
Solution: The Server on which the GUI is started, does need https access to this specific URL: rest-ai.veeam.com.
This is at the moment not documented in Veeam Help. It does only say internet access is needed. (The Sytem on which the Console is installed, does not have complete internet access for security reasons, so generall access would not be an opinion, so the limitation to the above url should work.)
