Investigating the reasons because some jobs failed I discovered that the "Veeam Backup Service" was not running due to an Operating System (Windows Server 2008 R2) issue.
After solving the OS issue I could restart the "Veeam Backup Service" and make jobs complete.
My question is: is there a simple way to check that the "Veeam Backup Service" is running and send an e-mail if it is not runing?
Regards

Re: Veeam Backup Service
Hi,
You can use Get-Service VeeamBackupSvc PS cmdlet to get Veeam Backup service status, and email it with Send-MailMessage cmdlet
Thanks
