Veeam Super Slow after Upgrade to 9.5 U1

I recently updated part of my cluster to ESXi 6.5, so I needed to upgrade my old installation of Veeam 8. First I upgraded to Veeam 8 Update 3. Then I updated to Veeam 9.5 Update 1. Everything seems to be working fine, albeit very slow. I'm currently restoring a VM that I've restored a dozen times before and it is on track to finish after 5 hours. Normally this restore takes about 15 minutes. Everything is connected via 10GB. The processors never go over 60% and theres RAM left over. I can up both if necessary, but I'm trying to figure out why the sudden giant difference.

Have you checked transport mode? From performance it sounds like NBD transport might be used (instead of hot add or direct storage access before).
