Regarding the latest "Word from Gostev" which I really look forward every end of the week, in our environment, the single VM which remains on E1000 vnics is the Virtual Lab created by Veeam and surebackup.
My question is: Does the E1000 driver within the Virtual Lab have RSS enabled?
Regards,
Vlad
LE: After reading the vmware KB more carefully it seems that disabling RSS is only a workaround for E1000E and not for E1000. So, to reformulate my question: Is it possible to change the vNics to vmxnet3 easily?

Re: Virtual Lab and E1000 vmnic
Hi Vlad,
I don't see any issues with changing network adapter on the virtual lab appliance.
Thanks!

Re: Virtual Lab and E1000 vmnic
Virtual lab appliance is build on Linux, but my understanding is that this issue affects Windows VMs only. I might be wrong though.
