After reading this release notes: https://pubs.vmware.com/Release_Notes/e ... notes.html, the quiesced snapshot in a Windows Guest OS bug has been resolved.
So is there any reason as to why I cannot select this opetion highlighted below ?
When is the best scenario to use that option and when not to use it ?

Hi Albert,
The best practice is not to use this option for all Windows VMs (instead we highly recommend using AAIP option), especially when it has bugs like this, even resolved For all Linux based VMs feel free to enable this setting for application consistency.
