Why some VM backup always fail?

Most VMs can be backed up successfully. However, we have 2 SQL servers that will 100% fail. This happen even after office hours when there is no transaction at all. These VMs are also the one that snapshot cannot be taken as it will indicate Another task is already in progress. What could be the possible cause?

You need to investigate that with our technical support team, as, unfortunately, it is impossible to say why jobs fail for this VM without reviewing full debug logs. Thanks!
