Alarms rules Time Period

Hi,

I have set the "Time Period" for virtual machine cpu usage alarm to 1 hour.

The problem is I get an email when the CPU hits the Warning %. This is kind of irritating because I don't want to receive an email unless the CPU is at the warning level for at least an hour. We have 800 VMs and you can guess why I'm irritated Is time period not what I'm thinking it is?

If it is, then is there a way around this? We are evaluating 3.0.2.105

Hello Tim, yes this issue exists in the current release - it is fixed in the upcoming 4.0 release. Sorry for the inconvenience.
