Error Restore VM

Hello. When I make a job of Restore --> Entire VM, to the 56 seconds, Veeam display an error that it say:
"Failed to restore item 'vm-oracle'. Failed to start server agent on the host 'esx.domain.local'. Failed to validate command 'OpenPortIn for firewall port 2500'. Feedback. /usr/sbin/esxcfg-firewall -o 2500,tcp,in,veeamAgent returned non-zero code - 2500/etc/vmware/firewall/symantecBackupExec.xml - Permission denied at /usr/sbin/esxcfg-firewall line 149".
I have jobs of Backup of this VM (vm-oracle) without problems. I have tried to restore to other ESX and I have the same error.
Versions: ESX 4.0 (no Update 1). Veeam BackUP 4.0.

You should try to deactivate esx host firewall for the the restore, as it seems to be related.

Actually the problem is in the firewall's ESX, which could not open the port 2500. I would know, why?
