Hello,
If I want to deploy secondary veeam server, do I need to have new license for it or I can you that one from my Primary?

You do not need a separate license to install second Veeam B&R instance. The product is licensed per socket of the hosts your backed up/replicated VMs reside on, not by the number of product instances installed. Just use Enterprise Manager to manage all backup servers from a single web-based console and to push your single license file to them.

We will use licenses per vm not per socket (we choose that one because of hosting, and our clients doesnt have more than 5-6 vm's) and because of that I am asking if we need additional license for secondary veeam?

I see. In this case additional license is also not required.
