Custom Business View Objects not displaying

Post by wolfpack2412 »

Hello,

I adjusted the default mission critical business view object group to be named Tier 1 Systems. That change however is not showing up when I edit a report to include that business view object. I still see the original mission critical object listed. If I attempt to run a report against that mission critical object, it returns with no data even though there are a number of vm's listed under the renamed group.

Is there a trick to refresh the reports so that it picks up the business view changes that were made? I have tried service restarts as well as full system reboots with no luck.

Thanks.

Never mind, running a manual data collection within the reports configuration screen resolved the issue.

Yes, you need to run a reporter collection session to sync up this data with Veeam ONE Monitor client.
