file copy job problem
Hi,
i have a problem with the file copy job. I have a windows 2008R2 server and i will copy a folder with a copy job to a external usb share drive connected on a NAS.
I become a error message with "Access denied" , its a simple clear message but i have admin rights of the folder, subfolder and files and the usb share drive is without a login. I do not know more, has someone a idea/tip for me?
greetings and thanks,
christian

Christian, when exactly you are getting this message? While creating or running the job?

Please check out this link for more information on the logs location > http://helpcenter.veeam.com/backup/80/v ... _logs.html
Does Veeam service account has permissions to access that share/folder?

P.S. how do you specify target location for the job as a CIFS share, mapped drive?

Sorry for the log snippet posting. The target location is a CIFS share.

Try to explicitly set the account used to transfer to data to this share. This topic might also be a good reading > distant File Copy to a NAS

Could be some "cache/rescan" related issues. Thanks for the update.
