Veeam ONE collocated on BR Server?

is it supported to install Veeam ONE on the same physical server as BR and Enterprise Manager?

Server:
2 x E5-2620 CPU
32 GB RAM
local SQL Express

Yes, though please be aware that performance of your backup jobs as well as performance of Veeam ONE server will be affected by this setup. How many hosts, VMs, and datastores are you going to monitor?

4 VMHosts, about 80 VMs and 12 Datastores.
