can't create a support case

Hello,

got some issues that started a couple of days ago where backups are failing and trying to create a support case but keeps showing email address is not registered with veeam, i click on register and it fails.
Any other way to create a case?

As an alternative can open a support case via cp.veeam.com. Thanks!

Support case functionality is fixed, so feel free to test it and open a support case if needed. Thank you!

Vitaliy, thanks, thats the second place i checked but veeam endpoint is not a option for support there.

In order to open it, I guess for now you can use Veeam B&R product category and leave a corresponding note in the body of the email for our support engineer.
