Cannot log on Veeam One Reporter

Hello

I've changed password on server and right now I cannot use "Veeam ONE Reporter", however I can use "Veeam ONE Business view".
Can anyone tell me what should I do?

I've changed password for local administrator account.

Hello,

Please avoid posting log snippets as it is described in our forum rules when you click New Topic. As the issue you have with the login form, then can you please tell me what password did you change, for Veeam ONE service or just regular user?

Hello again

My Veeam One Services starting with local administrator credentials. I've updated password in services.msc only.
Right now I have error in file " C:\Program Files\Veeam\Veeam ONE\Veeam ONE Reporter Web\Configs\Identity.config" - DataProtectionConfigurationProvider.
Windows couldn't create token from the credentials specified in this file.

Please open Veeam ONE settings (Default path is : "c:\Program Files\Common Files\Veeam\Veeam ONE Settings\VeeamOneSettings.exe") and change web identity and service settings via this tool. Thanks!
