Backup Proxy Notifications
We receive 15-20 of the notifications below a day, as far as I can see it's a comms error and nothing we need to worry about - is there a way I can change the alert timing so I don;t get an alert if the issue lasts more than 5 mins? You can see below this issue was about 30 seconds.

Re: Backup Proxy Notifications
Hello Alain,
Any alarm can be modified via Alarm Management in the Veeam One Monitor. Find the alarm and in the "Rules" tab set "ignore after = 1" so you will get only one notification.
By the way, why are you considering the alarm as a common one?
Thanks!

Re: Backup Proxy Notifications
I'm not sure setting the ignore after option would work - I only ever get 1 notification for these errors for each server. The issue is it happens up to 20-30 times a day, normally 30-40 minutes apart which makes it too noisy for my inbox. We're currently on version 8.0.0.1615.

Re: Backup Proxy Notifications
Did you ever get a resolution to this? i have the same issue every day with one of my proxy VM's.
First i will get
Backup performance data collection failure
7/31/2015 3:44:49 PM
Fired by event: VeeamBpPerfCollectionFailedEvent
Event description: Failed to collect performance data for object veeamproxyvm. Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))
Then 2 minutes later i get
Reset/resolved
Backup performance data collection failure
7/31/2015 3:46:49 PM
Resolved by event:VeeamBpPerfCollectionFailedResolvedEvent
Event description: Performance data for object veeamproxyvm has been collected successfully
It has never caused an issue that i have noticed, however it would be nice to make them go away in some way other than killing the alert
