Gui(?) bug: Suppress alarm on custom schedule

Post by hyvokar »

Hi!

When I'm setting up a custom schedule for suppressing alarms for example sunday from 14:00 to 15:00, vOne displays start time 02:00 and end time 03:00. I hope those are PM times, but there is no mention about that.

Then again, if I add suppress from 02:00 to 03:00 it again displays 02:00 and 03:00, which can get quite confusing when you want to remove one or the other..

Yes, that's a bug, we will address it in the next updates. Time is displayed in am/pm format.

Hi!

It seems that the suppressing on a custom schedule does not work. I still get a ton of warning emails during our update window (when the alarm should be suppressed).

It should be working, since I cannot find any known issues regarding this in our bug tracking system. Can you let our support team take a look at your configuration?
