Hyper-V Cluster - Collection has failed

Hello,

We recently deployed Veeam One for a customer that uses an Hyper-V Cluster (2 hosts only).
I have some data into Veeam One Monitor but nothing in the reporter "No data for this period".

When checking "sessions logs" I get the following errors :

04/05/2015 12:19:54 [error]: Collection has failed. Performing rollback to the previous session state...
04/05/2015 12:19:54 [info]: Rollback to the previous session state has been completed.

Do you know what could cause this issue ?

Hello Pierre,
As mentioned in the log, there is no information for the report for the preset period. Try to set more recent dates.
Veeam One Reporter and Monitor use same database, so if you see metrics in Monitor, you can make a corresponding report.

Do all reports show no data? Are you on the latest update of Veeam ONE?

Regardless of the period, there is no data. I don't see any objects in the reporter.

And yes, Veeam One is on the latest update.
