Email notification stops working
VEB 1.0.0.1954 connected to VBR 8.0.0.2021, with VEB backing up a phisical PC onto VBR backup repository. Email notifications of VM backups run fine and are not changed after VEB connection, but only the 2 firs successful backup occourrences triggered a notification email. The others didn't. Why?

Hello Fabio,
Could you, please, perform the following test, if possible:
- Confirm that global notifications are configured with needed email address
- Restart Veeam Backup Service at the VBR server
- Start backup manually by pressing Backup Now at the Veeam Endpoint Backup’s end
Will you get the notification once the backup is completed?

Hello,
I Confirm that global notification in VBR settings is up and running for the same email used every day for notification of our virtual server backups under Vmware.
I have stopped and then restarted Veeam Backup Service at the VBR server
I made a manual backup from my client running VEB, that performed fine without any error, but no notification was received at the end.
The problem seems to be the always here...

I have a similar problem... installed the VEB package for some customers, from one specific Veeam B&R server I've never got the email notification of VEB backups. The Veeam B&R notification works fine for the normal vSphere backups.

You issue seems to be slightly different – you got notifications after reset. I’ll follow up once I hear anything.

Email notification or successful VEB jobs was only blocked by the SMTP server of our email service.
It really runs fine now. Thank your for your support.
