Errors after upgrading to vSphere

Post by pentana »

Hi,

We recently upgraded to vSphere so I have created new jobs to enable CBT.
All of the new jobs I create fail with the same error. I have tried re-creating all jobs, adding in the VC server again to no avail.
Error is below:

Total VM size: 62.66 GB
Processed size: 0.00 KB
Processing rate: 0 KB/s
Backup mode: SAN/NBD with changed block tracking
Start time: 13/06/2010 12:08:11 PM
End time: 13/06/2010 12:11:15 PM
Duration: 0:03:03

Removing snapshot
Failed to retrieve "SCSI (0:0) Hard disk 1" disk information. Check VM virtual hardware configuration.
GetLocalText failed
Client error: Exception of type 'Veeam.Backup.AgentProvider.AgentClosedException' was thrown.
Server error: End of file

From what I can tell the snapshot gets created fine, then the backup stalls for a long time on Retrieving Disk information and fails...

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello,

Seems like there is an issue with VM disks configuration, it's hard to troubleshoot technical issue without seeing full job log files. Have you already opened a support case with us?

Thank you!
