Hi everybody,
Firstofall, sorry to post this request in it, but i don't know how to proceed.
Tomorrow i am leaving the company where i am working. I would like to transfer the only case openned to someone.
Is it possible to do that? If yes, how can i proceed?

You can escalate the case using Talk to Manager button on the support portal to address your request.
