Transfer a case

Hi everybody,

Firstofall, sorry to post this request in it, but i don't know how to proceed.
Tomorrow i am leaving the company where i am working. I would like to transfer the only case openned to someone.
Is it possible to do that? If yes, how can i proceed?

Actually our support engineer is on holiday. Is it possible to do that otherwise? Thank you for your answer.

You can escalate the case using Talk to Manager button on the support portal to address your request.
