Question about replicas and seeding.
I have a single ESXi environment with a backup repository local and a repository at a branch office over a 20mb connection. The backup runs once a day and then does a backup copy job to the branch storage. The backup copy job to the branch office takes 15 hours to complete. I have a spare server that I'd like to setup as as replica at the branch office, but I'm concerned that with the slow link and size of the backup that it won't finish in time. I know veeam can do a replica seed for the initatal seed, but is it possible to transfer no information over the lan and use the backup copy to seed the replica every time?

Re: Question about replicas and seeding.
Hi,
Yes, you can use replica from backup for that. Please see this article and let us know if any questions persist.
Thank you.
