Veeam Report Viewer

Post by kwinsor »

Hi,
I'm trying to generate a Visio diagram from an VMR file. I have Visio 2013 installed. Report Viewer was downloaded from Veeam ONE 9 Update 1. The progress is stuck at 0% and step 1 of 97. CPU is 30% for Visio process. If I cancel the task it hangs and I have to kill the Visio and Veeam Report Viewer processes. Any ideas?
Thank you,
Kent

Hi Kent and welcome to the community!
That`s an unexpected behavior, so please contact Veeam technical support.
By the way, how big is your infrastructure?
Thanks!

Can you please select less objects in the scope and try again?

Wow, 12 hours is a long time.
Could you answer the question about the size of the report scope?
Thanks!

Report scope was large......two vCenters with over 800 VM's in two sites.
Thank you,
Kent

Thanks for the reply, Kent!
Indeed some reports can take long if generating for huge infrastructures. I would suggest to shrink the scope in a case report is being generated for a long time to check how it works in general.

Does Veeam One version 9.5 Report Viewer now support Microsoft Visio 2016?
