Im looking for a licence for v7.
We haven't upgraded to 9 but soon plan to.
I have a current support contract but the licence is for v9.
I have emailed sales 3 times over the last 2 weeks and each time I get 10 email read replies but no response from anyone.
Normally I find VEEAM excellent to deal with but this isn't great.
Now my boss gets these emails "SUPPORT EXPIRED [Success] Backup Of xxxxx (7 VMs) and it looks like Im not maintaining my contracts properly.
Please someone help...
