Topology collection failure for an physical Server ?

Hello ,

From time to time ( daily ) i become the following Error Message from Veeam One .

Object: xxx-backup.xxx.de
Object Type: Backup Server
Location: xxx-backup.xxx.de
Host: xxx-backup.kiefel.de
Status: Error
Previous Status: Reset/resolved
Alarm: Topology collection failure
Time: 12.04.2016 00:39:54
Details: Fired by event: VeeamInfCollectionFailedEvent
Event description: Failed to collect infrastructure topology for object kiefel-backup.kiefel.de. One or more backup objects has not been collected.
Initiated by: Veeam ONE Monitor (SERVER27)

But the Backup Server is an physical Machine .
What can be the Reason for this Error .
After an Time the Error resolve from himself .

Do you have your backup and Veeam ONE server installed on the same physical machine?

No, the are on different Machines .

Do you have a stable connection between them?
Does the alarm appear during particular activity, like backup export to tape or something?
What product version are you at?

Hi there,
we are getting also from time to time this alarms. ("Details: Fired by event: VeeamInfCollectionFailedEvent Event description: Failed to collect infrastructure topology for object" + "VEEAM-Servername")
Our VEEAM-B&R-Server is also our VEEAM-ONE-Server. Both with the latest Updates (VEEAM+Windows (Server 2012R2 64bit)).
Please help.
