Can't restore files

Hello!
Im using veeam endpoint backup on 2 machines. Saving entire computer copies to shared folder. Everything worked well, but today i wanted to restore some files and got error:
Backup sync failed
Failed to load backup meta from file
"\\path\image.vbm"
Failed to load content from file
"\\path\image.vbm"
Access denied for the path
"\\path\image.vbm"

On second PC everythink ok, i can restore files without any error. Both backups was made from pc accounts (without credentials). All rights are fine, i didnt changed anything, every day a new one backup creating successfuly. Month ago i restored pc from backup.

Hi Dmitriy,

To make sure that this is not a permissions issue, try starting the file level recovery for the same backup but on another machine. If it’s working, probably you need to double check that computer in the question has correct permissions set.

It's not working. Same error.
upd
I returned backup path for second pc to the original value and now there is same error as on first pc.
