Can't install Veeam Endpoint Backup 1.5.0.306 W10PRO 64bit

Hello,

I'm having problems installing Veeam Endpoint Backup 1.5.0.306 on Window 10 PRO 64bit PL.
I tried everything I found in veeam-endpoint-backup-f33/installation- ... 81-90.html
but nothing helps.

I'm wanted to post logs here, but:
Do not post log snippets. Full debug logs are required for troubleshooting, and log research is performed by dedicated engineers. To create log package, click Help > Support Information in the main menu. Then, open a support case and upload the package. Include the support case ID in your forum posts instead of log snippets.
I tried to
open a support case and upload the package
via https://my.veeam.com/#/my-cases
but that's not possible, because every time I select "Veeam Endpoint Backup" I get:
To open a support case for Veeam Endpoint Backup FREE, go to the Control Panel, click on Support tab, and select Technical support option.
Please note that support for FREE products is provided on a best-effort basis depending on staff availability, but there are no response goals or guarantees for this service.
but I can't because I'm not able to install so I have no Control Panel :-)

That's why I've decided to post my logs here anyway and I hope this thread won't be deleted, please :-)

As a troubleshooting step, can you please try to install VEB to a Windows 10 machine that uses English locale?

Hello Vitality,

changing the system locale to en_US + reboot didn't help.
Same situation "Starting services" takes forever and installation fails.

Maybe that's important, it's a Windows 7 PRO 64 bit PL upgraded to Windows 10 PRO 64bit PL
and there is already a SQL service running (Microsoft SQL Server 2005) and I can't
remove it, because it's critical on this machine...

This should not be a problem. Do you have any other already installed VEB to open a support case with our technical team?

I have win10pro x64 and installed Veeam without problem.

Which antivirus do you have?

here is already a SQL service running (Microsoft SQL Server 2005) and I can't remove it, because it's critical on this machine
I do remember that we've tested similar setup. SQL versions can coexist within one machine, so that should not be the root cause. Please open a case, even though service is not running you should be able to start VEB tray app and submit your logs thru support tab.

Thanks for heads up. Can you open a support case via products UI (Control Panel > Support)?
